Adv Page Explained

Posted on January 26th, 2011 by 高重建

Many players must be confused with the stats provided in the Adv (Advanced) Page, today we will be explaining details for each category. Enjoy~

Lv: Your current level, it can be raised by getting enough experience points (EXP) through killing monsters or doing missions.

SP: The short form of Skill Points. Skill points are required to learn skills and the only way to get them is by leveling up. Skill points are limited so players should be very selective on which skill to learn. Especially when learning skills from another class because the price and skill points required are doubled.

Speed: Determines the attack sequence, characters with higher speed always attack first.

Min/Max Damage: The corresponding min/max damage of a player’s weapon.

Armor: The total amount of defense for a player, it can reduce the amount of damage a player receive.

Melee/Ranged/Magic: The corresponding amount of damage a player can deal when using a melee/ranged/magic weapon. It is one of the factors that counts to the final amount of damage a player can deal. The higher, the better!

Melee/Ranged Def: The corresponding defense (Def) a player has against melee/ranged attacks.

Elemental/Curse Resist: The corresponding defense against the two types of magic attacks. (Magic attacks are divided into either elemental or curse type.)

Physical hit: The hit rate (accuracy) for all physical attacks (Melee/Ranged), one of the factors to calculate the actual accuracy.

Elemental hit: The hit rate (accuracy) for elemental magic attacks, one of the factors to calculate the actual accuracy.

Curse hit: The hit rate (accuracy) for curse magic attacks, one of the factors to calculate the actual accuracy.

Dodge: Dodge is one of the factors to calculate a player’s actual dodge rate. The higher, the better!

Critical hit: One of the determiners of performing a critical hit (dealing extra damage). A higher critical hit value not only increases a player’s chance to perform a critical hit, but also increases the actual amount of damage dealt when a critical hit takes place!

That’s all for now folks, try to test and examine the actual difference yourself. We always encourage players to discuss or experiment with other players in Empire Online =)
